I've visited Rasoi Restaurant 3–4 times hoping the service would improve, but it never has. The food here is good and the ambiance is decent—but that's where the positives end. The service is extremely poor. Waiters or staff are rarely available when you need them. No one responds to calls from the table, and you're often forced to go all the way to the reception counter just to place your order. Even after placing it, the wait time is absurdly long—regardless of whether the restaurant is crowded or not. There's a serious lack of professionalism. The staff don’t coordinate well, don’t take customers seriously, and seem untrained in how to manage a dine-in experience. It feels like customer service is the last thing on their minds. If you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place. But if you’re ready to get frustrated and want to spoil your evening—then sure, give Rasoi a visit. From the moment I walked in, the first impression was both surprising and really pleasant. The place has a calm and refreshing vibe, with lots of greenery surrounding the seating area, which instantly makes you feel relaxed. The ambience is cozy and inviting — perfect for a laid-back meal. What makes it even more interesting is that the place is run by Magan Sangrahalay Samiti, which adds a sense of purpose and community to the experience. It’s not just a restaurant, but part of something meaningful. The staff was very polite and attentive. They mentioned that the usual delivery time for food is around 15 to 20 minutes, which I found quite reasonable. One thing that really stood out to me was their commitment to using organic vegetables that are grown locally. I appreciate restaurants that focus on healthy and sustainable ingredients, so that was a big plus. When the food arrived, I was genuinely impressed. Everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and really well-prepared. You can actually taste the difference in quality.
