I ordered from Rasille Amritsari Bite on 1st May through Zomato — 1 Onion Kulcha, 1 Aloo Kulcha, and 1 Paneer Kulcha. But they sent me 3 Aloo Kulchas instead. The kulchas were not fresh or tasty at all. I tried contacting the restaurant, even shared photos and videos as proof, but they refused to accept their mistake or offer any solution. Very disappointed with the service and food quality. Not ordering again. Editing for response I mentioned my issue on the review and for proof I added video of all aloo Kulcha. Zomato and you didn't do anything even after raising the complaint that's why posting here. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Sir/Mam we are very much surpriseed and unable to understand that why you are posting the reviews again and again by diffrent different names like Bestlab Dignostic or Gaurav singh. We understand your concern and we extremely sorry for your inconvenience because you are our regular and valuable customer and we are always here to listen to you. yes you called and updated us about your concern and we had attended your call on priority 2 times and talked to you 3 min 29 sec and 2nd call from your end was on wtsapp and this time it was almost 39 sec .yes you shared the pics of your ordered food with us and we told you that we undersatnd your concern but by pics or video we can't say anything that where was the exact problem/issue. We also want to clear you that your order was online and your concern was with food its ok, but why you are giving donw rating to service or atmosphere when you had not came to restaurant. Regards
