I had an incredible dining experience at Rasatantra Restaurant near Cochin Airport. The highlight of my meal was the Pollichathu Prawn, which was absolutely delicious! The prawns were perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and wrapped in a banana leaf that added an amazing depth to the taste. The service was top-notch as well; Vijay, who served me, was very friendly and incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very welcoming, making it a perfect spot to unwind before or after a flight. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving great food and excellent service!
