Very disappointing experience. Every time I called to enquire about products, the person attending the call spoke in an extremely rude and unprofessional tone. There were no basic manners in the way he communicated, and on multiple occasions, he abruptly disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation, which is completely unacceptable. When I asked for his name, he said he was the manager and introduced himself as Mahavir. When I further asked about the owner, his response was, “Aap saamne aaye na, aapko bata denge,” which was highly disrespectful. This kind of behaviour is shocking, especially from someone handling customer calls. Front-desk communication represents the brand, and such conduct seriously damages the bakery’s image. A business should be more careful about who they put in charge of customer interactions. Truly shameful experience.
