Well today, I have ordered online for the first time using zomato app and this restaurant is first on list in terms of online order in my bucket..... And I have received 20% discount as well for online order.
My experience is good so far but not so great. Why??
Because few things, I wanna mention clearly for my Friends/Colleages and off course for zomato users!!
I respect their timing of delivery. B'coz the food was odered at 2:41 pm on Zomato.
And they(rareflavours) had given 71mins to deliver the order as shown in zomato and in message as well. I was impressed when I got a call from a delivery boy with in 30 mins stating that food is ready and he is awaiting for the delivery and seeking me for the the exact location.
Simply sitting at home, ordered my favorite food with my finger and suddenly food was at my doorstep is simply awesome!!! ( though I had to struggle a bit to guide the delivery boy about the simple and exact location).
Now coming to the food Taste/ quality and quantity....
Food which I had ordered was good in taste without any doubt but the quantity was too low against the price they charge. I have ordered Boneless Rare flavours Chicken Biryani and Boneless Mutton Biryani.
Also, received complimentary Gulab Jamun (thank you rareflavours).????????????????
Packing was great(no doubt) and it looks so systematic. Jamum was delicious ????
Mainly, I have received the template where they have mentioned that food order above rs250 will be #no packaging charges and # no delivery charges for #order above rs 250
But my order was above rs 400 and I was charged for package and delivery as well. (that's why I minus .5 point)
I am posting the template of rareflavour and my bill as well. So that everything gets clear.

Also recommend to all who have limited capability(coveage) ????, but good in taste and nice presentation overall they serve/ deliver.

Ambience - 0(home delivery), Service - 4(Quick delivered), Food Taste - 4, Quantity -2, Staff behavior -0(home delivery), Value for money - 3.
Only one???? suggestion to rareflavours- Pls increase the quantity of your food without disturbing your food quality. Food taste was really delicious!
Team rareflavours to think about their quantity while serving to the customers!!!
