During our visit to the Ranjit's Golden Oak Resort, we encountered several disappointing aspects that need immediate attention. Firstly, the cutlery provided at our table was not cleaned properly, with noticeable food stains left on the plates and spoons. Such lapses in hygiene are unacceptable and greatly impact the dining experience. We also ordered the mutton seekh kebabs, only to find that they were prepared using frozen ingredients rather than fresh ones. This not only compromised the taste and texture but also reflected poorly on the kitchen's standards. While the ambiance of the place was pleasant and had potential, it fell short of justifying the overall experience due to these shortcomings. Significant improvements in hygiene, food quality, and preparation standards are necessary to make the establishment truly worth visiting. Service: 3
