Must Visit Ranisa in CP, Delhi and tried their Rajasthani thali — and wow, what an experience! Every dish was freshly prepared and packed with authentic flavors. My thali had daal baati churma with ghee, ghewar, besan ke gatte, aloo-pyaz-paneer ki sabji, aam ras, bajre ki roti with ghee, iconic lehsun ki chutney, dhokla, and papad churi — each bite felt like a trip to Rajasthan. The daal baati was rich and comforting, ghewar was melt-in-mouth, and that lehsun chutney was pure magic! If you love traditional Rajasthani food, this place is a must-visit in Delhi.
