Ambience is good. The food is on point every single bite feels like soft burst full of subtle spices, aroma perfect.The only downside is the service that they provide really slow and I don't know why but it felt like staff was over burdened.For them it was difficult to manage, few looked very tired as if they need sleep.JW Marriott asigns a particular waiter for every table.Hyatt should look into this matter if they want it make it a success, also I had a regency suite so no logic behind that they were better with guests who booked rooms. They actually need either more staff or good training.

We went there for dinner but the service was so bad that we can’t imagine and they themselves tag of 5 star property. They are shit on the name of hyaat specially in Dehradun
