I visited Thapar Vaishno Dhaba (ਥਾਪਰ ਵੈਸ਼ਣੋ ਢਾਬਾ) and had a truly satisfying experience. It’s a pure vegetarian dhaba that maintains the traditional dhaba-style vibe with simple seating but authentic taste. I ordered Dal (lentils) and Tawa Wali Roti, and it was absolutely delicious. The dal was flavorful, cooked just right — neither too oily nor bland. The tawa rotis were soft, hot, and had that rustic feel which is hard to find in city restaurants.
