Insect found in their packed Chat papdi...coz they have placed chatpapdi/golgappa stall outside the shop in open area which attracts flies/insects/ and dust also....Ramsons Chandigarh Chownk.

Today, I ordered vada sambar at RAMSONS bakery, and there were insects in my sambar. When I called the waiter, he went to the manager’s cabin, and after coming back, he just said “sorry.” When I asked to speak to the manager, he didn’t even come out. I complained at the reception as well, but they didn’t take me seriously either.……. I mean, if I have to eat insects, then why should I waste my money at a restaurant? I might as well just go to a street stall…… If you care about your health, then don’t go there. it was veryyyyy bad experience , bad staff and bad manager as well ….. I go there first and last time
