This is the worst hotel. The cashier is totally obnoxious. I was charged 35 rupees for a glass bottle of Pepsi which had 20 rupees MRP written on it. I barely sat for a couple of minutes, did not even pour it in their glasses and yet I was told that this is how they work and not even court can dictate them on beverages sold inside their premises. It is late night right now and as such I chose not to contest this inexplicable overcharging. Do not visit this place as the management does not have basic courtesy or manners to treat customers politely and explain their egregious malpractices. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered food from Hotel Ramkrishna today through Swiggy and surprised to find OPENED STAPLE PIN of bigger size in the gravy of sabji. I almost ate it n then removed from my mouth. I request hotel management to be careful and caution the staff while packaging the food in containers to avoid such things in future. Photos are attached. Customers, you also please be vigilant while consuming the food, always n everywhere. Service: Delivery

Paneer biryani was Salty and too much masala was added in it. Unwantedly I have to trash it.
