Very Unhygienic Experience We had two very bad experiences at Rameshwaram Madras Cafe. The food quality and hygiene are completely unacceptable. In one of our parcel orders, we actually found a cockroach inside the food (sambar/dosa parcel). This is extremely shocking and dangerous for health. On another visit, while dining in, we noticed insects inside the dosa masala served on the table. We immediately complained to the staff, but instead of taking responsibility or showing concern, they completely ignored our complaint. No apology, no replacement, nothing. Such negligence in food hygiene is not only disappointing but also risky for customers’ health. With repeated bad experiences, it’s clear this is not a one-time issue but a serious lack of cleanliness and management. Please avoid this place if you care about hygiene and health.
