The service at this restaurant was pretty good. We came on a rainy night and there was someone with an umbrella to take us inside so that we don't get wet. The waiters and the staff were very kind and they were super attentive, which was good. What I have to say, the biggest letdown was the food. I've eaten at a couple of places, a couple in Kollam, a couple in Parippally, and the best spot for me personally in terms of what I look at, which is quantity served, the quality of the food, and the price. The restaurant that has met all three of those expectations is Grandeur in Parippally, this Ramees restaurant, it was really a hit on all three. We also ordered chicken biriyani and not only was it pricey, the quantity served was so much lower compared to Grandeur and the taste was very bland. There wasn’t much flavor in the biriyani. The quantity of the curries was also low. We tried a couple of different curries and I think we got the chili chicken as well. It just didn't taste that good. It didn't taste bad, it just tasted a bit bland. It didn't have quite the flavor I was expecting that I've tasted from these other restaurants. Overall, it's more expensive, you get less food, and the food doesn't taste as good. It was really a letdown. The last time I ate at Ramees was like four years ago, and I remember it being better. I don't know what happened in those past four years for the overall quality to go down. Perhaps it's a different chef, I'm not sure on, but if you're really hungry and you just want to eat a spot, you can stop here, but if you really want tasty, high quality dishes that aren’t overpriced. I would go to Grandeur in Parippally. We go there as a family consistently, and we're not a family that eats out a lot, so you can really get an idea of how good the food is there. I think if this Ramees location can work on taste and quality it would improve the food so much. Extremely Bad Experience with Ramees. Food delivered more than 1 hour 30mins later. And the delivery driver giving stupid excuses. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

Shameful disgusting, cheated by the staff. Beware of some staff because they quietly take away food items that you request for parcel. This happened to me today (29th December 2023) when I dined for lunch. Food was great but it was too much and hence asked them to pack. When I reached home to my surprise two packets were missing and those were the expensive ones. See how people in God's own country leave no opportunity to cheat customers.
