BAKWAS NUMBER 1.VERY POOR QUALITY FOOD. VERY DIRTY..I ordered 1 roll for which the waiter made me wait for 1 hour. I was in hurry dats y i packed it. When i came home i check d roll wat typ of vegetable n cheese they r using... its just horrible...i upload 1 pics also... only butter was there inside the roll. 65 rs cheese roll.. yaak... i would suggest all pls never ever visit Ramas...

It used to be one of the good places to have variety of foods. But, with time this place has lost it charms. Neither the food quality nor the place has been the same. The usual problem, get famous & than don't care, in the long run lose everything. Just for old time sake 3 stars. Infact, no reason to visit this place anymore.

This place is not even worth one star. The worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. The place is totally shaddy and down market and I never visit such a place, however, I was told that the rolls here are excellent and hence I thought of taking a chance.
To my surprise, there was just one staff (receptionist cum waiter cum chef) and no other customers. I ordered 4 rolls for which he made me wait for half n hour only to then inform that it will take another half n hour. Spoke to me as if he was doing me a favour.

Later, he informed me that they won't be able to deliver one of the rolls because it was misprinted on the menu card and they don't make that roll.

I also got a chance to check out their kitchen, and it was so filthy, I politely paid my bill, did not take my rolls and walked out of there.

I would highly suggest that you never ever visit this place, unless you want to be treated badly and want to taste cockroaches in your roll.
