Terrible Experience at Hotel Vishnu Inn, Guruvayoor I booked a room at Hotel Vishnu Inn via MakeMyTrip, but unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. First off, the fan inside the room wasn’t working, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, we couldn’t lock the bathroom door, which is a basic necessity. There was no dental kit provided, and when I requested one, I was informed that it’s only available for premium customers—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere beforehand. I requested tea at 7 AM, and not only did they inform me around 8 PM that room service starts only at 8:30 AM, but when they finally served the tea, they delivered it to the wrong room! This lack of organization and service is truly unacceptable. Moreover, there is no car parking available at the hotel. You’re expected to hand over your car keys to the reception, and they park it somewhere and keep the keys with them. This practice made me very uncomfortable, as it’s not a secure or convenient option. My humble request to all travelers: **please avoid booking rooms at Hotel Vishnu Inn**. The experience was far below expectations, and there are better options available nearby. Service: 1
