The place is pretty ok to be honest. I tried chicken Gyathuk and black coffee, Gyathuk was very nice and the coffee was the same as every other cafe in Kpg. There is a separate room for karaoke and outdoor seating for smokers. I visited during late hours so there were people smoking and drinking inside the cafe as well so i'm quite unsure whether they serve alcohol and allow indoor smoking during regular hours or not.
