Ramaiah Idly Centre was once renowned for its exceptional idlis, gaining fame for their soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture that kept customers coming back for more. My experience six years ago was delightful, with perfectly steamed idlis that justified the hype. However, over the years, there seems to have been a significant dip in quality. Despite the increased crowd and demand, the infrastructure hasn’t scaled proportionately. The centre still operates with just two idly cooking vessels, the same as years ago. With the growing crowd, the staff appears to rush the cooking process, leading to idlis that are often undercooked and lacking the softness they were once celebrated for. This decline in quality has become a frequent issue, Second major issue is parking you can't find 4 wheel parking near by , forget about 4 wheeler even 2 wheel vehicle parking is a concern here as the road is full busy..
