Gola had been the dessert choice for many people, especially in the city of surat, however, with the passing time, this Dish Gola has become the meal for some due to the larger quantity of dryfruit and the amount of cream (malai) that goes into it. I love having Golas time and again, especially in the summer, however today I had a huge craving for it, which took me to Rajwadi Malai gola Surat. This place has always come up with new varieties of Golas and has improvised a lot with regards to the quality of cream, dryfruit and overall presentation of the dish. My observation is that it takes comparatively longer time for their Golas to melt to water form. I don't know how they do it, but it's pretty amazing job , and that's the reason one tends to enjoy the dish without being worried of Golas to loose its hard form. CUSTOMER SERVICE The staff seems to have good knowledge about what they are selling and are pretty quick in serving the dish. I really want to see some new varieties in Golas.
