My friend's wedding was here last week. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. We had a very bad experience with this hotel and its staff, especially the hotel manager and owner. We also had small children with us. Despite being advertised as fully air-conditioned, neither the hotel nor the rooms had functioning AC. When we complained repeatedly, the manager started making excuses. Despite my friend's father paying a large amount, the service was still not up to the mark. From now on, I strongly advise against booking this hotel for any function. I don't want anyone to waste their hard-earned money on this hotel's poor service. Service: 1
