Raju omlet is a well known chain from Gujrat. They're known for heavy omlets which are loaded with amul butter.
I've been here couple of times and the consistency of food is something which is appreciable.
I had butter green boil tikka. Butter green cheese omelet and butter crush bhurji.
Butter green cheese omlet - This is something unique and I had for first time. The butter definitely makes it heavier but the green paste which is used in it and the green chutney which is given with every single dish balance outs the overpowering flavor of butter. Loved it.
Butter crush bhurji - Another Fab dish to have here. Butter crush bhurji which has crushed eggs and it's spiced up with red chili powder.
Overall verdict - Raju omlet will be my favorite spot for breakfast.
