Raju Gari Dhaba is a must visit for every tourist. It is iconic in that you get to have some of the spiciest biryanis in a shack on a concrete slap by the sea shore. First came to know about it from Rocky and Mayur of Highway on my Plate. However the first time I turned up around 8 p.m. to find the oft mentioned Prawn Biryani to be out of stock. The owner suggested I come at 6.30 p.m. No doubt you always find a row of swanky cars lined up outside the Dhaba which by any standards will look uninspiring. The Mutton and Chicken biryani which I got was not that spicy or mouthwatering. The Crab curry too is mouth watering. Prices too are decent and won't burn a hole in the pocket even if a family decides to dine. However if you go with kids you need to be careful for Raju Gari is known for being highly spicy.
