I had a deeply disappointing experience at this restaurant today. During my visit, I discovered a strand of hair in my food—an issue that raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Naturally, I reported the matter to the manager, expecting a prompt and professional response. Unfortunately, the manager's reaction only added to my frustration. Instead of acknowledging the lapse and taking ownership, he casually brushed off the complaint, stating that the restaurant was "too crowded" and it was "difficult to maintain hygiene despite their best efforts." This kind of reasoning is unacceptable in the food industry, where hygiene should be non-negotiable, regardless of customer volume. What was more disheartening was the apparent disregard for customer feedback and the absence of any attempt to rectify the situation—no apology, no corrective action, not even a gesture of goodwill. It seemed like the root of the problem lies in poor management choices, including the possible employment of inadequately trained or underpaid staff. Cutting corners on staffing directly impacts service quality and cleanliness, and unfortunately, this was quite evident during my visit. A restaurant must prioritize hygiene and customer satisfaction, especially when operating at scale. Sadly, this establishment seems to have lost sight of that. Visited Raju’s Kitchen in Borivali West and tried their Triple Schezwan Noodles honestly, it was super flavorful, spicy just right, and the portion was generous. Great place for Chinese lovers, and the service was quick too. Totally recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Veg Triple Hakka Noodles

I had a terrible experience with Raju's Kitchen in Borivali. The place is filthy, with roaches all around, and the food quality is very bad. We had food poisoning after ordering from here. It’s clear that they don’t care about cleanliness or food safety. This is not just disappointing—it’s dangerous! I would never recommend anyone to eat or order from here.
