Food taste was good for dosa. Pricing is too high. Coffee - they say filter coffee and charge some 70/- ; actually it’s an instant coffee. They are cheating. And moreover they have audacity to say - this is how it sells here. I asked opportunity to speak to their owner- the staff told that owner number is not there. I told them that the service was no good and if they don’t listen- how will I come- he told that’s ok. There’re other things on service- like the order taking guy was not even listening- while we are placing order - he will walk away. We had to reach out and call many times to place the order. I don’t know why the staff are so lousy and why they are in that place. If they are so disrespectful disinterested- what good value they would generate for the hotel owner. Someday the owner shall realise. I would expect the hotel to run as it adds to range and food service of Giridih; but I am afraid if people of this town shall really appreciate this unprofessional service and high price.
