I've had the worst fast food experience in my life at Rajesh Fast Food in Kota. The soya chap I ordered was stale, smelly, and disgusting. What they called a 'chocolate shake' was just 2 spoons of Bournvita mixed in water. When I asked them to replace it, the receptionist started arguing with us and gestured to the laborers. Then, she even spat in the same shake and served it to us! There were other customers too, and they were serving everyone the same way. The hygiene was non-existent, and the food was a farce. I urge the people of Kota to avoid this place at all costs, especially for their families. Your health is in your hands, so please be cautious. I'm sharing this review with all Kota residents, hoping they'll avoid this place.
