Having had Rajasthani thalis in Rajasthan itself, I can confidently say the one at Rajdhani (in the mall) was impressively close to the real deal. The managers and supervisors were attentive, making sure refills kept coming promptly. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone craving authentic North Indian — especially Rajasthani — flavors. They served buttermilk, plenty of sweets, and of course, dal baati with lehsun chutney. Interestingly, they had Delhi style chaat included as well. Prices were reasonable too.
