Disappointing Experience at Rajdhani – R City Mall, Ghatkopar I recently visited Rajdhani at R City Mall, Ghatkopar, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience in terms of both food and hospitality. Upon arrival, I informed the staff about my reservation, but they acted as if they hadn’t heard me and didn’t bother to acknowledge it properly. The ambience was very average and didn’t match expectations for a restaurant of this category. As for the food, it was far below average. Out of 10: Dal – 0/10: Completely lacking in flavor. Bhindi – Poorly cooked and bland. Dal Makhani with Rajma – 3/10 Dal Bati Churma – 4/10 The only reasonably good items were the Dahi Kadhi, Paneer, and Chaas, which I would rate around 7/10. Sweets – Disappointing and forgettable. Despite being an unlimited thali, the taste was so underwhelming that we didn’t feel like asking for more. To make matters worse, one of the servers offered Aamras but mentioned it was limited and not refillable—quite surprising for an “unlimited” thali experience. The final blow came at billing. Although I had booked online and was eligible for a Tuesday offer (15% discount), the staff flatly refused to honor it, saying, "Woh kuch nahi hota hai, just pay the bill." Spending over ₹800 (plus taxes) for such an experience felt like a waste. Based on my visit, I would not recommend Rajdhani at R City Mall to anyone.
