Last week, I visited this hotel with my friends. We ordered misal pav for breakfast, but it took nearly 45 minutes for our food to arrive. While waiting, I went to use the washroom and was shocked to find someone had vomited in the sink. It was disgusting and unhygienic. I immediately informed the staff and requested them to clean it up, but unfortunately, they did not take any action. This was extremely disappointing and left a bad impression. On the positive side, the food we eventually received was quite tasty. The misal pav had good spice and flavor, and the highlight was definitely the masala dosa, which was fresh and delicious. Despite the delay and the unpleasant washroom experience, we often come here for tea and coffee because the prices are affordable and the taste is generally satisfying. The hotel has potential to be a great spot for breakfast or evening snacks, especially because of its convenient location and reasonable rates. However, they really need to improve their hygiene and service standards. Cleanliness, especially in common areas like washrooms, should be a priority, and staff should be more responsive to customer complaints. I hope the management pays attention and makes necessary improvements. Service: 3
