One of the finest hotels i ever found in Siliguri I visited there on the 7th of January 2025. It was my best stay ever I was there for 2 days. The staff were so very decent and polite including the owner. Who was there at that time. It's safe clean and well maintained. And Most importantly it's #safe. Thankyou Rajdarbar for making my trip So beautiful with your staff. You made me feel like my home. I would love to visit it again Service: 5

*1/5 - Disappointing Stay with Unacceptable Conditions* I recently had the misfortune of staying here, and I must express my extreme disappointment with the poor conditions and poor management. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by dirty floorboards that seemed to have not been cleaned in a while. It was sticky. You cant walk bare feet. To make matters worse, I discovered mosquitoes in the hot water which they brought by bucket cause gyser was not working in most rooms they showed, which was not only a nuisance but also a health concern. What's even more appalling is the manager's blatant disregard for the truth. When I brought these issues to his attention, he seemed completely unaware of which rooms had which problems. Moreover, he falsely claimed that there was hot water available, despite the fact that it was cold. The most disturbing aspect of my experience was the manager's refusal to acknowledge or apologize for the mistakes. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the hotel’s priorities. I would strongly advise against staying here.
