The biggest letdown was the restaurant staff. They clearly need proper training — there’s a serious lack of basic hospitality and courtesy. The way they speak to guests feels unprofessional and careless. It really pulls down the entire dining experience. That said, the food was tasty, the place was clean, parking was available, and the security guards were polite and helpful. With better front-end staff behavior, this place could be much better. Edit: All the earlier negative experiences were completely turned around by the service at the 1st floor hall. The staff here truly went out of their way to assist guests, and it made a big difference. Service: 2

Being close by we dine in and order frequently from Rajathadri Royal. They were exceptional when they started. But, with time success has creeped in their heads and now they take their customers for granted. The quality of food is horrible for the price they charge. Even small Darshini hotels serves better hygienic and quality food than them.
