Our experience at Rajathadri Palace was extremely disappointing. Right from the start, the service was unprofessional, the server was arrogant and dismissive. We clearly told them that we did not want any garlic in our food, yet the Manchurian arrived with large chunks of garlic all over it. Our request was completely ignored. On top of that, the Manchurian was served just 5 minutes after we placed the order. It’s clear that it wasn’t freshly prepared, it looked like something that had been made earlier and simply reheated. That’s not what we expect from a restaurant that claims to serve fresh food. Because of the garlic, we couldn’t eat it at all, and the dish was completely wasted. What made the experience worse was the pricing — ₹800+ for just one Manchurian (which we didn’t eat), a plate of French fries, and a tomato soup. This is simply not justifiable for the quality and service we received. The hotel management seriously needs to look into this. Ignoring customer instructions, serving pre-prepared food, and charging such high prices shows a lack of care and responsibility. Very poor experience overall. We won’t be visiting again and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Service: 1
