This was my first time in Jaipur and I really wanted to try a traditional Rajasthani thali. After searching a bit, I decided to visit Rajasthani Bhog in Bani Park and ordered the Dal Baati Churma thali. Since it was my first time trying this dish, I honestly had no idea how to eat it properly. I asked one of the staff members for help, and they were extremely polite and kind. They patiently explained everything to me, how to break the baati, how to pour the ghee and mix it with dal, and also told me about each item on the plate in detail. Their warm and respectful behavior made the experience even more special. And then came the first bite… uff! Baati soaked in ghee with dal was just wow. So flavorful and comforting. The masala baati became my instant favorite. The churma was absolutely delicious, perfectly sweet and rich. I especially loved having papad with garlic chutney and salad on the side. The combination of dal baati with rice and kadhi tasted amazing. Every bite felt authentic and satisfying. If you are trying Rajasthani Dal Baati Churma thali for the first time, I would highly recommend going here. It was a beautiful first experience of Jaipur’s traditional food, and I truly enjoyed it. Neither food was good nor service. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: They welcome the guest with tiak and rajsthani pagadi. With this kind of welcome your expectations increase. We ordered for rajwadi thali which had price 525+ tax. But very less item were there and nothing was tasty. We had to ask them for roti so many times. There was too much delay for it. Overall a bad experience for rajwadi Rajasthani thali.
