Authentic Taste at One of Akola’s Oldest Snack Shops This is one of the oldest and most beloved snack shops in Akola, known for its consistent taste and local charm. Though it’s a small store, the flavors it serves are anything but small! There’s no seating, but standing and enjoying the snacks fresh on the spot has its own nostalgic vibe. Personally, I’m a big fan of their kachories — crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of spice. The aloo wada (locally known as aloo bonda) served with tangy tamarind khatai and curd is another must-try. Their mirchi bajis are also a great option if you’re craving something spicy and satisfying. If you’re in Akola and want to enjoy some authentic local snacks, this place is definitely worth a visit!
