A very small and lesser known place/dhaba on NH-8 (National Highway ️). The place is well known for its authentic Rajasthani cuisine. The food is served hot here along with fresh salad which I found very amazing. They will also offer you garlic chutney. You can order chaas, or few available soft drinks with your food. The staff is very welcoming although they are not well trained professionals but they really know when to give privacy , when to come for order collection etc. I really felt great that they were so good with it. There is no ambience just a khatiya and a long rectangle plain wood is provided on which food is served. There is a simple washbasin, I'll say there are no washrooms available (as it's just outside the hotel and no cleanliness and hygiene is maintained there). Further, there is a big open ground where you can park (no parking charges nothing) The rates are very very economical and it's famous it's Khurba Roti (I am not sure if I am taking the name right, but for sure it's similar) it's a big, thick roti you can order any sabji or bhaaji along with it.
