Pathetic and unwelcoming folks. We were given wrong info about food availability and made to wait for almost half an hour. Then after enquiry, they told the food is not available and waiter is new. I don't know what went wrong. :( Price per person: ₹600–800

My recent visit to raj kitchen, a reputed South Indian eatery, left much to be desired. Despite its promising reputation for authentic cuisine, the overall experience fell short due to glaring service. The real disappointment began when my order never arrived. Despite waiting patiently, no one came to inform me of the delay or to offer any explanation. Moreover, the service throughout the evening was disorganized to us only while they were serving others properly. Although the food that did arrive was decent in taste, the overall dining experience was marred by the poor service and the frustration of waiting in vain for my order. In conclusion, while the cuisine at rqj kitchen may be noteworthy, the lack of efficient service and the failure to deliver on basic customer expectations significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.
