In this fine chilly Bengaluru weather having a Masala Puri is heaven. But the arrogant server of Raj Bhavan Sweets spoiled it for me when he served a plate of Masala Puri with soggy, stale and soft puris. When asked, he blamed the weather whereas he was just trying to dispose an old packet of leftover puris. He's a cheat. Nothing more.
