I recently visited Rainforest Resto Bar restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed. The service was lacking; we had to ask for cutlery, the menu, and even water. It felt like we were constantly calling for the service assistant, which was frustrating. The atmosphere was unbearable. They turned off the AC while we were eating and claimed it was centralized from @ Phoenix Market City Mall, saying they couldn't help us. On top of that, there was a bizarre rat-fighting noise coming from the walls that was both distracting and unsettling. It was so dark that the table light was actually hurting our eyes, and to make matters worse, there were mosquitoes buzzing around. I wouldn’t recommend this place, regardless of what others might say. There are much better options out there Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old kid was scared to seat because of rat noise & mosquitos. Pathetic service ever by Phoenix Management as well as Rainforest Resto Bar.
