The Rainbow Café is many things—but above all, it’s the heart and soul of Harsh, the owner. Harsh truly loves hosting people and cooking for them, and you can feel it in the fantastic food and drinks. The Western courses are very good, and you can tell Harsh has explored each cuisine in depth, but it’s the Indian dishes that blow my mind. Some of the best Indian food I’ve eaten in India is at the Rainbow Café. allready dreaming of my next visit to Kasar Devi and the Rainbow Cafe'.
