I visited Rainbow Restaurant recently and found the overall experience to be average. The food and service were just okay, nothing too impressive. However, the highlight of my visit was definitely the tea – it was excellent, rich in flavor, and refreshing. If you’re someone who enjoys a good cup of tea, this place is worth a try for that alone. Even though the taste of the food was decent, I will not recommend going to this place. All the 1 star reviews you see here are extremely genuine. The service was extremely slow, our order of beverages arrived after finishing both the courses (starters and main course). After a long wait they brought the beverages incorrectly prepared, did not follow specific requests made as to not put ice in the drink. The old guy who I believe is the manager/owner was also so rude and arrogant. We had asked for warm water twice. When we requested the second time, he said, “I just gave it to you.” The waiter was acting equally high-and-mighty, not admitting to his mistakes. When we pointed out the mistake in our order, he said, “oh what’s the big deal, I will correct it.” Despite being listed on Swiggy and offering a 10% discount, they denied the payment method and asked to pay in cash directly. This is definitely not a place to go, go eat at a road side dhaba, it will give you a much better service that the smug and rude staff if this restaurant. One of the worst experience of food i had in my Rajasthan trip. I ordered Garlic Mushroom which was so plain like it was just taken from market put some garlic and sorted in oil with no spices or flavour in it. 2nd was Alfredo pasta which was average. 3rd holding my disagreement I ordered Veg Biryani which was Disaster again plain rice as if it is vegetable Pulao with no biryani spice in it when I complaint to waiter they took the food saying will make it chatpata and added some oil in it so earlier it was plain rice now it is oil rice. It was my personal genuine experience others might have some different taste. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
