Very bad experience,All false commitment, no service, Ac not working,In food , 50 %items are missing. Overall waste of money. Plz dont book at all.

Last time booked Rain tree banquet hall, booking amount was also given. While booking the hall, the guys there attend to the customer very nicely. After the booking is done, sometimes by chance, the plan has to be dropped, then the matter of refunding the booking amount comes up, then the guys there pick up the phone and stop answering. They tell the policy of the banquet association. It means that if the token is not refunded directly, please if anybody goes to their place for booking, then the token amount should not be given. After the token, the customer is not considered a customer. We have also thought that if ever there is a need for a banquet in the feature, then we will not book Rain tree banquet Moti Nagar. I did not know the policy of that place. It's bad and I have also checked the reviews of OS banquet, wherever they have done their function, everyone's program has been spoilt and they have totally lost their payment
