Re-Visited this place after 3 years, Below average taste of all food items be it gol gappas, aloo tikki, bhalla papdi. Also, the staff serving the food looked unhygienic. This place has lost the taste and charm.

Famous Shop for chaat Love eating chaat Always have rush visited lot of celebrities till yet Prabhu chaat bhandar is very popular. But believe me it just makes a okay type chaat. Chaat is not fantastic. Quality is bit low. Still not so bad. I do not know if it was a one off bad day. The dahi paapri chaat was terrible. They ran out of raw material and should have refused to take orders. I also felt it was unhygienic, poor handling of food material that was all kept open. However, I did not fall ill, so that is a plus. On our maiden trip to Delhi, my wife was eagerly looking forward to eat here, after seeing it’s review on some television show. While the chaat is not too bad, it was not great either. Reasonably priced with decent portion size. The place was too crowded & a little unhygienic. Huge gol gappas, loved Dahi Bhalla & papdi chaat. Kulfi falooda was sold out. I visited there with a lot of hopes but i got disappointed after visiting there. Not even a single dish is tasty there, i tried tikki, bhalla papdi and aloo fried nothing was good. This one of the best places in New Delhi to have street food. Aloo Chaat and Tikki Chaat is really delicious. But there is one caution, try this street food only if your stomach can take it. It is spicy and can cause heartburn. Quality maintained Hygene maintained Had the famous aloo tikki chaat at Prabhu chaat Bhandar. It's close to the UPSC building, and certainly lived up to its name. As for hygiene, I'm not very sure but I did NOT fall sick - so I guess it's alright! Come here for roadside food. This is my childhood favourite, which has lost its old glory due to various reasons. I visited with my friends, who wanted to have something spicy on a rainy afternoon.

Very average!
People are coming from so far as the outlet is famous now.
Very sad to say that they are so full of aggression while preparing the chaat and behaving so badly with the customers. I was totally disappointed that I took my two Australian friends there.They don’t even know the meaning of courtesy. I went there from Pitampura but I could have get better chaat experience around my place.
