Food is always top notch here. The parotta and their sides are the best food couples. The kalakki is a must must try. All their chicken sides are good as well. It will be much better if they also concentrate in cleanliness. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Country Chicken, Nattukozhi Pepper Chicken, Chicken Pepper Fry, Country Chicken and Parotta, Pichi Potta Chicken, Border Parotta Vegetarian options: No vegetarian food here. After a long wait, I finally got the chance to visit the famous Border Rahmat Porotta Stall. I tried their popular Chicken Fry with Bun Porotta and also tasted their Kalakki. The Chicken Fry, priced at ₹240, had a good taste, but I felt it was overpriced. The Bun Porotta, costing ₹10, was good. The highlight for me was the Kalakki,cost 40rs—it was exceptionally good! Tried Parotta, kadai fry, chicken fry, omlet, chicken pichi potathu etc during my recent visit to Thenkasi. Even though it was crowded,we could get a seat within a few minutes. Service was very fast and the taste of the items tried were very good. Banana leaf is used to serve the food, it's really good. It's worth trying different chicken varieties at Border Rahmath Parotta Stall.
