I ordered parotta, beef dry, and chapati from Swiggy, and halfway through dinner, I found a bug in the beef dry. Then I noticed flies in the parotta and chapati, so I threw all the food in the dustbin. I raised a concern with Swiggy, but they only talked about a refund and not the root cause or action plan. So I'm posting this here, hoping the hotel will look into proper hygiene. They should be aware that kids and women are eating this food.it's not just about the money.
