This iconic eatery, run from 3 generations is 47 years old. Early mornings at Raghavendra Tiffanis are a totally different vibe. The old stereo playing in the background playing songs from akashavani on old school Sony woofers, the ambience is so wholesome. They still grind their chutneys and pulses for the vade using the conventional grinding stone. Their idlys are soft, bisibelebath is so flavorful and Kesari bath and uppittu is to die for. It just melts in your mouth. The Kesari bath is a true indulgence, I could easily ravish two plates at once and it feels sinful! You can enjoy these breakfast items from 6 in the morning, however, if you arrive post 9:30, you get to enjoy their rice bath and curd rice. A must visit if you're in Mysore.
