Very bad experience at Raka Live Restaurant, Madurai. I visited this restaurant with my family on 08-03-2026. The dining area was very unhygienic. Used banana leaves and leftover food were not cleared from the tables. The surrounding area was also dirty and not properly maintained. The service from the staff was extremely poor. Even basic drinking water was not provided and we had to repeatedly ask for it. We informed the staff and tried to raise the issue, but the owner/management did not respond properly. Despite all these problems, we were charged ₹2180. This kind of hygiene and service is unacceptable for a restaurant. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their standards. Worst experience I ever had, First two times they treating well and service also good, after getting good reviews they service was very poor, I went for birthday trt with my friends I got very disappointed "vara vara mamiya kaluthapola aanal" -> well suited for "Raga's kitchen"
