Raga Cafe appreciation post I and my friends say even now after many years that the best Korean food we have had so far was at Raga cafe. Simple yet so delicious! On my birthday we would preorder a dak bokkeumtang, I miss it very much (레시피좀 알려주세요 ‍) We would travel over 40 mins almost every other weekend in the sweltering heat and dust to peacefully eat there at the Manikarnika branch, and almost an hour for the Assi branch, i do not recall if we ever ate at the so nice home, lol I’m getting old. The owners (both brothers) were nice and the staff very hospitable, we were lucky to enjoy a number of “service” lemon ice teas and sometimes samosas during a rainy day. The only service we have received after leaving Varanasi is the yakult at Gung the palace in Delhi. Thank you

To me it seemed like an Indians run restaurant serving Korean dishes. The food and soft drinks were ok. Definitely different from all other (mostly pure veg local food) restaurants and also because they serve few non veg dishes but not authentic Korean dishes and taste. The best was Indian tea. The service is fine as they are nice people. The best part is the location. The kashi vishwanath temple campus can be seen from window. Very close to Manikarnika and Dashashwamedh ghats. No parking and toilet is Indian style only. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
