The rice was completely undercooked. Even after showing it to them, no one paid any attention to our complaint. The rice was so bad and raw that they were impossible to eat. When we complained at the counter, the staff started behaving rudely in response. If you don’t want to ruin your stomach, never eat at this hotel — they are arrogant and have terrible customer service. I wish there was an option to give a minus rating. Located at Naigaon, a walking distance from Bhiwandi Bus Depot. Rafique Hotel provides a huge variety in Chinese and Mughlai Dishes of Food at very reasonable rates. It's Special Tea is a current attraction for it's regular customers here.
