If you never appeared to taste Chinese cuisine, get your chance at this restaurant. Cooks at Rafaeal Bar & Restaurant do their best to provide guests with tasty fish curry, rice & curry and prawns. The well-trained staff welcomes visitors all year round. Enjoyable service is something clients agree upon here. A number of guests are loyal to this place because of the lovely atmosphere. But this spot hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Service is pathetic. Very very rude behaviour from the manager and the staff person. Food served for RS. 500 fish thali - 1. Local boiled rice 2. Fish curry with 2 very small pieces of pompret fish. 3. Gourd sabzi was tastless and also gaurd was not cooked properly and was hard to eat. 3. 3 very small pompret fish pieces raw fry with no salt/no masala. Tasteless. 4. Daal again tasteless. 5. No chapati/parotha. Also, ordered Chicken Chilly again tasteless. Just capsium, onion and chicken toasted together. Didn't expect such a Hopeless restaurant at goa beach.
