Except of location, this property has nothing good to offer. Such properties are meant to spoil the name of a franchise or chain. The rooms are stinky, carpet in rooms and corridor is very old and worn out and torn from several places, it has stains all over and stinks. They keep the AC plant switched off during winters and as rooms have no ventilation and no fan so it becomes so hot that room temperature goes up to 26 degrees even when outside temperature is 15-16 degrees. We repeatedly asked them to switch on AC plants, and on our request they use to switch it on for an hour or so when room temperature use to come down to 18-19 degrees but after an hour they again use to switch off AC plant. So much so that they switched off AC around midnight because of which room temperature even in night rose to 23 degrees making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast also has very less option, with quality of food being below average. I was told that this is run on franchise model and the owner is into sever cost cutting- which is resulting into very poor service. I regretted staying there when several good options are available in the city nearby. Service: 1

Very good staff but security staff is very well,security Anoop dixit is very good helping nature.Anoop is the best employee of Radisson Lucknow city centre.thanks all.
