Radio room is a funky music themed bar that has a great food and drink menu. The front door to the Radioroom is located at the side of the Somerset greenways hotel and you are greeted outside by security who remind you of what is not allowed into the bar. They will also check your bags and pockets. No bags are allowed inside. Once inside you step into an dark funky atmosphere that oozes a groovy vibe. The bar is ahead of you and has moulds of old hi-fi gear at the bottom of the bar and iconic musicians on the wall, like Michael Jackson, the Beatles, Pink Floyd and more. There is a large retro spinning cassette tape on one wall adjacent to the Live DJ. There are plenty of seating options from couches to tables, booths and a long bar table, as well as at the bar. The staff are friendly, warm, helpful and attentive. On this visit Austin, was fantastic in settling us in on a table with a couch and offered us both the drinks and food menu. He also suggested a couple of drinks and after asking if we liked hot and spicy food, recommended the Kakinada chicken. This was punchy, crispy, tender with a good strong local level of spice and heat. Highly recommended! The crackling okra with a date chutney and sweet yoghurt was another great dish. Light, tangy and creamy. The chilli hoisin jackfruit bao could have done with more chilli though it was still flavoursome and in a wonderfully soft steamed bao. The DJ plays some great tunes that really encourages you to sing and makes you want to dance. Radioroom has a great vibe, and is a wonderful bar and restaurant to chill, char with friends and make a connection over a few drinks and great food. Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Spicy Chicken Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian dishes on offer.
