Subject: Urgent Feedback Regarding Recent Order and Staff Conduct Dear Radhika Restaurant Management,. Mai aapko apne recent order aur jab maine feedback diya toh jo baat hui usse bahut disappointed hoon. Mere order mein French fries, ek cheese pizza, aur ek veg burger tha. French fries toh theek the (rating 8/10), lekin veg pizza (0/10) aur burger (2/10) se mai bilkul bhi khush nahi tha. Jab maine restaurant phone kiya yeh feedback dene ke liye, toh mai manager ko pizza aur burger ke baare mein knowledge na hone se shock ho gaya. Meri baat sunne aur note karne ke bajaye, manager ne mujhse argue karna shuru kar diya. Yeh behavior bilkul unacceptable hai aur customer service skills ki bahut kami dikhata hai. Yeh bahut important hai ki aapke staff, including management, ko menu items ke baare mein properly train kiya jaaye aur, sabse important, customers jo feedback de rahe hain unse professionally aur respect ke saath kaise baat karein. Constructive criticism improvement ke liye zaroori hai, aur usko welcome karna chahiye na ki defense aur argument ke saath respond karna chahiye. Aur toh aur, customer feedback ko accurately record karne aur future mein zaroori improvements karne ke liye ek system hona chahiye. Mera recent experience bahut hi unsatisfactory raha hai, aur mai sincerely hope karta hoon ki aap jo bhi issues maine raise kiye hain, especially staff training aur customer service protocols ke baare mein, uspar turant action lenge.
